Whilst we were getting obsessed with Alice (in Wonderland) over the weekend, others of you might have been more interested in ‘Star Signs’ at the London Film and Comic Con event at Olympia. This is one of those occasions were the multitude of fans of fantasy and sci-fi series’ have a chance to meet the stars of said programmes and (at a price) get their autographs and/or have their photos taken with them. Of course these sort of things (autographs, not stars) can be bought over the Internet, but how can you tell they are authentic? Meanwhile, in a variation on the theme, the people who make our photo celebrity masks (you might have used a few during the Jubilee) apparently have a special room displaying their collection of masks which celebrities have signed for them.
If you love dressing up, this coming Saturday you too could receive celebrity status (if only for one day) by coming along to our fun day and becoming a model for the day.
