Although adults might like to have fun at Halloween, so do the children. As we mentioned yesterday, we know there are many budget costumes and accessories out there for Halloween and when it comes down to it, parents do not want to be spending a fortune on an outfit that is just going to be worn for one day. However, we are also finding that aside from ‘trick or treat’ there are a few children’s Halloween parties happening, particularly for those born around October 31st.
