Are you looking for a mascot costume for your child’s birthday? Take a look at the range of hire mascot costumes that we have to hire to make the

Today is the 130th anniversary of the birth of the author A A Milne (born 1882). He was the creator of Winnie-the-Pooh who was also known as Pooh Bear or Edward bear. A Latin translation of the first book, Winnie ille Puh was the first foreign language book and the only book in Latin to make it to the best-sellers list. Today we would advocate a Teddy Bear’s picnic, but only if you can have it indoors – after all it is still January! We have some great Teddy Bear costumes in our hire stock – unfortunately at present there are not too many available for purchase, apart from the odd child’s costume.
Talking of children, did you know that we have a fantastic range of mascot costumes for hire? These are great for children’s birthday parties and can save you a fortune on a children’s entertainer. However, a word of caution, some children can find these characters a bit daunting, particularly when it comes to the big head style outfits. We have known of some parties where very small children have burst into tears at seeing these larger than life characters (the same can sometimes be true of people dressed in clown suits). Given our business is based on having fun we would not want to see parents disappointed when their child does not react as they would wish.
We can also produce your own mascot for your business. Send us your logo, or give us an idea and we can produce a fantastic mascot costume, just like the friendly dragon seen on this page.

mascot costumes, Wenlock and Mandeville. At Props n Frocks this is naturally what we aim to do every day of the week (including Sundays!) and you don’t even have to be an odd-looking mascot to seek our help. Whatever look you are going for, whether it’s an off-the-peg style costume, such as Henry VIII, who was born on June 28th, 520 years ago, back in 1491 or a composite of various items to make your own fancy dress statement we know we can help.
