We are not able to take an online booking for hire costumes (yet!). We will need to check stock availability for the dates that you require. Please either call us on 01245 327156 or and someone will call you to arrange your booking.

We will ask you for your rough measurements. We take this so that you are confident that the costume will fit you when it arrives. We have lots of sizes available in most styles, so please do not be shy. You will only enjoy your party or function if you are in a costume that fits you correctly. We would far rather spend some time with you at this stage to make sure that the costume you receive will be exactly what you are looking for.

The full hire is payable on booking your costume. Deposits are paid when the costume is collected or shipped to you.

Costume deposits are £40.00 (per costume) collected from the shop -and proof of address has been shown or £80.00 (per costume) if sent by mail order. Costume deposits can only be paid by credit card or visa debit card or cash (if collecting from the shop).

Each costume will have a standard hire (collection & return at the shop) and mail order price (sent out)

Visitors to the shop

You may just use our website to get some ideas before you visit the shop. You can visit the shop 7 days a week. An appointment is not needed. We aren't on a high street or in town, but we have more room than the average fancy dress shop, which enables us to have very large stocks of costumes and accessories. We have over 6500 quality costumes for hire, and over 1000 for sale. Its definitely well worth a visit. First time visitors should check our map and directions. If you click the link on the left, it will take you to the Google mapping service and a route finder.

We have ample free off road car parking for our customers, but please, no lorries or trailers.

Identification and proof of address is required to hire a fancy dress costume (driving licence, utility bill gas, electric, water etc).

Open seven days a week and some bank holidays, (not Christmas & Boxing Day). Please ring to check.

Please Note: We do not take cheque payment in the shop. You will be required to pay your hire charge on booking. You will need to show proof of your address when you hire a costume.

A refundable deposit is taken when the costume is collected (this can be at the same time as booking). Deposits can only be taken by cash, credit card and Delta card. Maestro, Solo, Electron, American Express or Cheques are not accepted for deposits.
