Shipping
We offer a FREE delivery to UK mainland for all orders over £60.00 (excluding VAT, Saturday delivery, Next Day Delivery & islands & highlands).
We only despatch goods Monday to Friday, although our customer services is open 7 days a week to advise you
Goods that are eligible for FREE shipping will be sent via our 2/3 tracked service. If you require these goods for the next working day you should chose the Next Day service. This will be charged as a standard Next Day Service.
Goods are sent out by Fedex or Royal Mail.
Should any part of a free shipping delivery be returned, (and the total of retained items be less than £60.00 excluding VAT) then the cost of the shipping will be deducted from any refund.
A signature will be required (apart from the 2/3 day service where the item is tracked but there is no need to sign) as this is a traceable delivery service (see No Signature Required).
You can choose from 5 shipping options so you can decide which sevice you require and only pay for what you need.

Our delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered to you or your agent. We use a number of carriers to safeguard delivery to you. Whatever method we use will always require a signature on arrival (apart from the 2/3 day tracked service)
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information (address, post code, telephone number, e-mail address, product, size & colour) keyed in by you or your agent. Redirection or return will involve additional costs (please also read 'Refused or 'Return To Sender).
1st Class Recorded
£4.00 We have recently made changes to our 1st class recorded service to allow more of our customers to be able to use this very cheap method of postage. It is now based on the weight and size of the items you have purchased rather than an order value. If you are purchasing a large item or the weight of your items is over 1kg you may not be able to choose this method of shipping, but other shipping methods will be still available for you.
These items will be sent by 1st class recorded mail and are normally delivered within 5 working days.
Please Note: This service does require a signature. Royal Mail will only accept goods are lost after 15 working days. If the item is too large to be posted through your letterbox (if there is no one to sign for the item), it will be taken to your local sorting office where you will need to go to collect it.
Items not collected after 5 working days will be returned to us.

2/3 Day Delivery
£5.10 Choose this delivery option if you want to be able to track your order and have it delivered within 3 working days (most will be delivered within 2 working days but we say 3 just in case). This service is for Monday - Friday deliveries only - Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. This is the service we use for orders that qualify for FREE shipping. You can also nominate a 'safe place' to leave the items.
This service is available for items up to the weight of 5 kg. If your chosen items weigh more than this, you will be given an alternative shipping option.
If the item is too large to be posted through your letterbox (if there is no one to sign for the item), it will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. If the item is not collected within 5 working days it will be returned to us. Please see 'Refused or 'Return To Sender).
Next Day Delivery
£6.10 Choose this delivery option if you require the goods to be delivered the next working day. 97% of all deliveries will be delivered the next working day, however this cannot be guaranteed as things can happen that are beyond our control, like a delivery van breaking down. This service is normally sent via Fed Ex and will require a signature. This service is for Monday - Friday deliveries only
Please Note: This service is limited to UK Mainland only. Some remote postcodes and all UK Islands and Highlands are not covered by this service. If your address falls into one of these excluded zones, we will contact you to work out the most cost effective way of getting your items to you.
Fed Ex will leave a card if there is no one in when they try and deliver. You can contact Fed Ex direct to re-arrange delivery. Fed Ex will attempt to delver twice before the goods are returned to us. Please see 'Refused or 'Return To Sender).
Next Day Delivery Before 1 pm
Choose this delivery option if you require the goods to be delivered the next working day. Goods are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Goods that weigh up to 2 kg can be sent using this service. Goods are insured up to a value of £500. This service is for Monday - Friday deliveries only
There are two prices. If your items weigh less than 1 kg, the price is £9.96. If your items weigh more than 1 kg, but less than 2 kg, you will be charged £10.16
If the item is too large to be posted through your letterbox (if there is no one to sign for the item), it will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. If the item is not collected within 5 working days it will be returned to us. Please see 'Refused or 'Return To Sender).
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is possible at a cost of £19.93 subject to a maximum weight of 2 kg and bank holidays. If your items are over 2 kg, we will contact you and advise the extra carriage charge.
This service is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Fed Ex and will require a signature.
If the item is too large to be posted through your letterbox (if there is no one to sign for the item), it will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. If the item is not collected within 5 working days it will be returned to us. Please see 'Refused or 'Return To Sender).
Despatch
We normally dispatch your orders on the day of receipt, subject to receiving the order before our cut off time and stock availability. (It may take up to 24 hours at busy times.) As there is no delivery service on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays, we cannot ship on these days. If your order is received after our cut off point on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday (and Bank Holidays) it will be shipped on the first working day.
Order received after 2.30 pm may not be sent out the next working day. If you need your item sent out urgently please call us to see if your item will be shipped that day.
We can dispatch orders prior to the bank holiday and weekend, to be delivered on the first or second working day after.
Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If we have a problem with your order such as unavailability of an item we will contact you providing the details you have keyed in on your order are correct.
BFPO
The British Forces Post Office provides a postal service to the armed services.
BFPO addresses are used for the delivery of mail in the UK and world wide.
As this is another service provider we cannot track the item sent in the same way as Fedex and cannot guarantee how long it will take to be delivered.
Please ensure you quote the BFPO postcode. Shipping is charged according to which shipping option and weight of the items chosen
Telephone Orders
There is no additional charge for telephone orders, as you may wish to have a verbal discusion with our skilled operatives (i.e. colour, size etc.)
We can take your order on weekends and some bank holidays (please check for our opening times). At busy times you may need to leave a message and one of our team will ring you back.
Large Orders (Mascots & Corporate)
These will be set out by a courier service as outlined in our mascot & corporate deals.
Collection Service
Goods can be collected from our shop in Rectory Lane, Battlesbridge, SS11 7QR. If you chose to collect, please telephone or e-mail your order. The goods will be available for collection once you have received an email or telephone call confirming that the items are ready. Goods can only be collected during normal shop opening times. Goods must have been paid for in full prior to the collection. Goods must be returned via our return policy and not taken back to the shop without prior agreement. Goods collected from the shop will be charged at the list price (as shown on the product description) or the website price with shipping costs added.
Overseas Delivery
We will advise customers requesting an overseas delivery of the additional delivery charges before we accept the order.
Please allow time for us to calculate the best shipping route and for you to confirm acceptance of the charges. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery dates as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Refused or 'Return to Sender' Deliveries
Our next day courier FedEx, will only attempt delivery twice, if the item cannot be delivered or is refused, we will incur an additional shipping charge. If you are out when they attempt delivery the driver will leave you a card that will give you all the information you need to re-arrange delivery.
If your item is being delivered by Royal Mail and the item is too large to be posted through your letterbox, or you are not in, it will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. If the item is not collected within 5 working days it will be returned to us. You will be left a card with the details you will need to collect your item.
We reserve the right to apply a £9.75 return carriage and administration fee. Goods returned this way will also incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Please remember you can always give us a different address for delivery, it does not have to be the card's billing address. These additional charges will be deducted from any refund that you may have on the returned goods.
No Signature Required
Sometimes we are requested to leave an item without a signature (over a fence or inside the porch for example). Please request this in the 'special instructions' section on the order form. This is purely at the individual driver's discretion and cannot be guaranteed. Any goods left in this way are the responsibility of you for any potential loss, damage or theft. Props n Frocks Limited or the carrier of our choice cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever.
