Props & Frocks complies to the 'Distance Selling Regulations' as set out by the Office Of Fair Trading. We are committed to providing you with clear contract and product information, and payment and delivery arrangements. This information can be printed or stored by you.
Props & Frocks will provide the goods you have ordered, at the costs stated and in the time specified but subject always to availability, credit status, prevailing political climate and acts of god. Orders are taken subject to availability of products, and if for any reason we do not supply any product, we will refund any money already paid for these products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses that you may incur if we do not supply them.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, amend, change an order and change a price.
We will inform you immediately of any change, and give you the right to cancel or amend your order with no penalty whatsoever.
If Props & Frocks has contacted you regarding your order, and receives no reply from yourself within 7 days, it is presumed that you no longer require the items, and the order, and payment will be voided.
Props & Frocks will contact you via email to confirm your order, and payment. Props & Frocks will use your email address to inform you when your item has been shipped and advise you of the consignment details. Certain delivery options will also advise you that the item is ‘Out For Delivery’.
Pre-contract, we have given clear information about our goods including description, size and price including taxes and made all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information is accurate. Images, illustrations and descriptions are for general information and guidance purposes only and are subject to change. Packaging may change subject to supplier. All measurements taken on costumes are approximate. All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling.
Your credit/debit card will be debited at time of ordering; powered and regulated by Barclays Merchant Services and despatch of your order is rapid. Should upon acceptance of your order, it is later found that there is a problem with your credit/debit card, we have the right to cancel the order without explanation and refuse further orders.
Cheques are accepted as payment. Please allow enough time for the cheque to clear, at our bank, before we will send the goods out to you. If a cheque has not been received within 7 working days of the order being placed, the goods will be released, and the order will be voided.
International orders will be given a standard shipping cost for the order to be processed, however, Props and Frocks will contact you to confirm the cost of the shipping before the order will be accepted. Shipping is charged at cost, and if the cost is more than the set price on the website, additional payment will need to be taken.
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as a working day.
Orders received before 3.45pm Monday to Friday (GMT) are despatched that day (subject to stock availability) and after 3.45pm within one working day. FREE shipping UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and should be received within 8 working. Fedex is our courier for Standard Next Day Service (subject to your postcode) and can be chosen at an extra cost to you. We also offer faster shipping options via Royal Mail, at extra cost to you
In circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to arrange a different delivery date, or offer a full refund.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we reserve the right to apply a £9.75 return carriage and administration fee. Please remember you can always give us a different address for delivery, it does not have to be the card's billing address. These additional charges will be deducted from any refund that you may have on the returned goods. If the goods are still required, we will ask for an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part
Props & Frocks is not responsible for any delay in the item being despatched and, or delivered late due to typographical errors imputed by yourself during the cart process.
Props & Frocks offers a full refund on all orders. If you wish to return your item(s) please contact our Customer Care Team to get a Returns Reference Number. Please Note: Items returned without a Returns Reference will not be processed.
Returned items must be received by us within 7 working days of the item(s) being received by you, or your agent.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, and be in an unused condition. We recommend that you use a recorded method of shipping the items back to us at your own cost.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details and to look at the list of items that we are unable to issue a Returns Reference for due to hygiene reasons.
Special, bulk, or corporate orders are not covered by The Distance Selling Regulations. Any returns of these items will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

These terms and conditions do not override our/your legal rights to pursue redress under English law and do NOT affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
